Inniscarra had a good win over St Colmans at Ballyanly on Monday evening. In an evenly contested game Inniscarra had a better balanced team with some outstanding performances.  Fergal O'Leary at centre back was outstanding with good support from his two wing backs Tom O'Sullivan and Peter Sheehan. Jack O'Sullivan showed some lovely stick-work at mid-field and Sean Sheehan was powerful at centre-forward. Inniscarra were first to score with a lovely point from Sean McCarthy.  David Kelly had a shot deflected for a 65 which Padraig Holland pointed.  Paul Hayes then goaled after good work by Darragh Murphy. Mark Buckley had a point followed by a point from Padraig Holland and then another pointed free from Padraig Holland.

Inniscarra started the second half strongly with Mark Buckley very prominent scoring two first class points. Sean Sheehan also scored a point before Padraig Holland and Mark Buckley combined to set up Paul Hayes for his second goal. St.Colmans then played very well but found the full back line of Shane Aherne, Ronan Twomey and particularly Eoin O'Herlihy in top class form.  Goalkeeper Evan Cunningham was always in control and made some good saves.  Padraig Holland had another pointed free before substitute Oisin Morris scored an opportunist goal from a cross by Cian O'Sullivan.
